There are multiple dinner options for you to consider if you are attending the conference, on Friday, April 11, 2025.
Please note:These dinners are NOT included in the main Convention Registration fee. You must register separately by following the appropriate links below.

IOTA Dinner
Registration is now open for the Friday night IOTA Dinner on 11 April 2025.
IOTA Dinner REGISTRATION ENDS 04 APRIL 2025.
The Friday Night Dinner Attendance is NOT part of the main Convention Registration and ADVANCE PAYMENT is required.
Please do NOT expect to be able to purchase a ticket at the door, as the number of dinners has to be confirmed in advance with the Marriott.
As a courtesy to the Marriott wait staff, there will be no seating for non-dinner guests who only wish to see the program; only dinner attendees will be admitted.
Check-in will start at 6:00 PM (18:00), with dinner served at 6:30 PM (18:30) on Friday, 11 April 2025 in the Marriott Hotel "Granite Room" (the same location as the last few IOTA dinners).
Dinner tickets are $43 per person. You may purchase via PayPal address [email protected]but please select the option of sending a "payment to friends or family" as I collect your funds as a courtesy and am not a business. If you prefer to write me a personal check instead of using PayPal, e-mail me first. Be sure to indicate all the call signs if ordering for a family or group.
The menu is: Beef Stroganoff, Fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli (vegetarian), Caesar salad, garlic bread, with coffee/iced tea and cheesecake for dessert. Contact me for special needs (gluten free, etc). All while you enjoy presentations of interest to island chasers and DXers as we celebrate our 30th year of IOTA dinners in Visalia !

Contest Dinner
Friday, 11 April 2025, about 6:45pm in the Sierra Nevada Ballroom in the Marriott (right after the adjustment hour).
The deadline to get tickets is Sunday April 6th, I have to give the hotel the final count Monday morning. No ticket will be sold at the door.
Our special featured after-dinner program will be the always entertaining Tim K3LR presenting "The K3LR Contest Station – WPX 2025 SSB K3LR vs. ND7K multi multi."
Yes 2025, it should be fun! And there will be door prizes.
The menu will feature:
- Chicken Piccata
- Caesar Salad
- Mashed Potatoes
- Broccolini
- Assorted Rolls & Butter
- Coffee, Decaf, & Tea
(Other beverages available from the nearby lobby bar.)
Tickets for dinner are $53 all inclusive. Pay in advance via PayPal to [email protected], please use Friends & Family with PayPal balance or bank account (if credit card, add $2 for total transfer of $55). Please note your callsigns(s) in the Notes.
Reserve a table: If you would like to reserve a full table of 8 people, you may purchase a special reservation for $45. Please note that this is in addition to the dinner price. One table will be reserved for each payment of $45 - so please be sure you fill your table! Location of the reserved table will be "preferred" and assigned at the time of purchase on a first come first served basis. And there will be a special surprise on each reserved table, provided by W0YK (Muns Vineyard) and WK6I (Twisted Oak Winery). (All proceeds go to the MLDXCC).
